SFC Annual Membership Meeting Satellite Location

The SFC Annual Membership Meeting is on Sept 17th, 2016

ONTarget has arranged to be a Host Satellite Location for Ontario SFC Members who wish to vote in person, have proxies to enact and/or do not want to log in remotely to the online Annual Membership Meeting.

We have booked a meeting room at:

Holiday Inn – Newmarket
100 Pony Drive, Newmarket ON L3Y 7B6

The meeting is tentatively scheduled to start at Sept 17th at 12:00 noon but members should arrive by 11:30 am to sign in, confirm their validity to vote and enact their proxies.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SFC MEMBERS MUST KNOW THEIR MEMBERSHIP LOG-IN PASSWORD TO ENABLE THEM TO VOTE AT THIS ANNUAL MEETING – WHETHER THEY’RE IN PERSON OR LOG-ON REMOTELY**
