Q. What do members receive for insurance coverage?
A. ONTarget members receive $5,000,000 general liability insurance with a $1,000 deudctible. ONTarget receives its insurance from the Shooting Federation of Canada, as mandated by the Ontario Sport Ministry as part of the requirement to align with the NSO.

Q. Can I use ONTarget insurance for my club membership?
A. That really depends on the club. Many clubs require you to have insurance from a specific 3rd party, but others are more flexible. It is best to ask your club for details of whether you can choose your own insurance provider. If they allow you to choose your own insurance party, and the coverage described above is sufficient in amount, then ONTarget will be happy to have you as a member!

Q: What is your definition of Junior?
A: We follow the ISSF definition of Junior:

3.3.6 Juniors are athletes who will be under the age of 21 on December 31st in the year of the Competitions / Championship. Juniors may participate in all ISSF supervised Competitions / Championships and Olympic Games as members of their national team.

Q: What is the membership coverage period?
A: Yes, membership coverage starts the day the membership fee is received. and ends 12 months from the 1st of the month after payment date. For example, if your membership payment is received Aug 18, 2016, then your membership will expire Sept 1, 2017.
