Management and Planning Workshop for Target Sports

The key to a successful athlete development program is planning. By using best practices, your coaches and athletes are better positioned to attain their goals. To support you, ONTarget & the Shooting Federation of Canada is hosting a three day multisport workshop for the NCCP’s newest courses, directed towards coaches, managers and athletes involved in target sports.
The target sports is a relatively small community in Canada. While we share many concerns with the general sporting community, our sports have a different focus, especially with regards to skill acquisition and development. Our goal is to bring together as many shooting coaches as possible, across Ontario and Canada, to learn best practices, network and share ideas about developing shooting excellence. Coming together as a group would allow us to explore this coaching content with a level of specificity not normally achieved through a multi-sport experience.
