SFC Instructor Beginner Rifle Coaching Course

The Shooting Federation of Canada is offering an Instructor Beginner (IB) Rifle Coaching Course.

This course will be online only.

The final date for enrolling in this course is January 3, 2023

The course will require pre-reading and will be for online discussion for 2 hours for each of those days.

Details and Fees:

• Instructor Beginner Rifle course for Wednesdays Jan 10, 17, 24th, 7pm to 9pm (Edmonton time)
• $150 for the course and the Manual
• NOTE: SFC Membership is required to register.

Additional information:

This online workshop is tailored for coaches of athletes who wish to equip themselves with fundamental shooting coaching knowledge. The workshop focuses on planning, safety, basic teaching and learning theory, as well as preparing coaches to analyze shooting skills. Trainees have to complete exercises and read some part of their manual between sessions. 1 in-person session of 3h00 with a facilitator from the same province for the final evaluation. (There will be a $75 fee for evaluation).
